We know our complimentary breakfast kick-starts your morning. Please note that breakfast has been modified in accordance with local requirements to safeguard the wellbeing of our guests and colleagues.

You may be used to our standard breakfast buffet, featuring 8-10 hot items and a full continental offering, including a selection of croissants, muffins, cheeses, cold meats, fruits, cereals, breads and yoghurts, as well as hot beverages and juices. However, for the unforeseeable future, in order to protect our guests and staff, we will be serving our breakfast a little differently.

Dependent on occupancy levels, there are three new formats for our breakfast offering. The first is a plated hot breakfast, with  small continental buffet during periods of low occupancies.  The second format is an Assisted Buffet Breakfast, during higher occupancies, where there may be pre-allocated times for guests (much like the pre-set dining times given to passengers on cruise ships) during very high occupancies. The staggered collection is, of course, in place to ensure social distancing in our Great Room area.  The third option available to guests on request, is a pre-packed Breakfast Box.

Should guests prefer, they may request a  packed breakfast box, containing a number of items, including hot items, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and juice. We understand that there may be many questions regarding our new Covid-19 Breakfast Protocols, so we’ve put together this list of Frequently Asked Questions to assist you. 

We do our outmost to provide our guests with a selection of items you to which they are accustomed on our standard Express Start Breakfast Buffet.  Whilst items will be rotated and may change due to stock availability, you can expect a Breakfast Box to include:

  • 3 Hot Food Items
  • A Continental food selection
  • A Muffin
  • A Croissant
  • A Juice

Tea/Coffee and hot beverages are available at the Coffee Stations and will be served by staff.

Between 06h30 and 09h30 Mondays to Fridays and until 10h30 on Weekends and Public Holidays. 

We have decreased our seating capacity by 50%, in line with Government Regulations and are not permitted to allow more than ? people in the breakfast room at any given time. We have implemented staggered Breakfast times for higher occupancy periods, in order to assist with this. 

Staff are stationed at the coffee machines to assist you with any hot beverage requirements.  At this time, self-service is not permitted.

You are welcome to make use of the Vending Machine on the Ground Floor near reception for items such as crisps, chocolates & cooldrinks.
